Went in there to make sure they had an oil filter to do an oil and filter change for me when I've done another 800kms.

At the rate I've been going due to the restrictions that could be well into the Summer.

Usual selection of old Spanish and Italian stuff in there......not a spot of rust on them!

Cool looking Montesa in there. Always thought they were the coolest bikes when I was a kid.

The older generation Spanish mentality is a bit odd to me......cos if they buy a car or a bike they rarely sell it. It's for life!

Lots of countries are like that though aren’t they. In some countries it’s seen as grotesque to have new cars, flashy and ostentatious. French folk also hold onto their cars. Having a crumbling car is no indication of wealth, I quite like that. There’s a lot of car snobbery about here, the Hyacinth Buckets are alive n kicking ?

Ive never seen one  that i can think of in my life, only an odd add for sale once an awhile. Cant imagine many were even imported. :classic_unsure:

If it’s anything like the “whatever came to hand” repairs here the duct tape n bailer twine would always get you to the furthest point away from any help before breaking ?

Are they pretty rare over there?

They're out there, but most are '65 and later.

I've got two of in my basement at the moment, sold a third one, but mine are common models (Monza and Monza Jr). Those in the picture are pretty rare models over here.
