XTreme
Went to lube the chain and found it needed adjustment. I haven't had to do it before on this bike (I've done 2400kms/1500 miles)......so I crossed my fingers that the right spanners were still in the toolkit. Yes.....this means me using tools! But first I had to take the seat off to access the tools.....however, you can't access the seat release under the locked back panel without removing the box first. So I consulted my Shad Box removal vid on YouTube once again cos I couldn't remember how to do it. Once I'd got to grips with that I was able to get the seat off! Luckily the spanners were in the toolkit......and after a lot of effort I loosened the axle nut. They also supply a sort of Allen Key tool to do the adjustment, and a half turn each side did the trick. Yes.....I did check it at the tightest spots......chain adjustment is one of the very few things I can manage. Just! Then it was tighten it all up again and give it a good lubing. Unfortunately I found that the spanner had got jammed into the plug socket tool cos I used it for leverage. So I soaked it with WD40 and after a bit of twisting out it came. Then it was time to put everything back together......and the chain now looks like this! Ready to go again! Now recovering from the ordeal of using tools! 4

Grasshopper
Well done Pete! Always good to know who can maintain their chain. Maybe a little less lube next time. 1
