After a week of good weather we now have this.......

It's like some bad joke that keeps repeating over and over.

I've probably done about 1000 miles in the last 4 or 5 months!

And you lot keep going on about the rain in NL......well this ain't much better!

So I'm hoping I can get out for a while on Sunday.....providing that don't turn to shit as well.

What about you lot?

You kept that quiet Bob!

Did you part ex the Honda?

Yeah, I didn't want to say anything until I'd got my grubby mitts on it!

Yep, chopped the Honda in against it and got a reasonable price for it too. I guess it helps that they're a dealer for Honda as well as Triumph. 👍

Thanks @skyrider. The colour is a special edition, but it was all I could get until later in the year. But, I saw it in the showroom and instantly took a shine to it! My missus loves it, so I'll probably have to hide the keys! 😂😂

Is that the Scrambler Bob? What engine/bhp does it have?

And more importantly......what's it's weight?

It's the Street Scrambler 900, Pete. It's a bit lower than the 1200 Scrambler. It's 64bhp and 59ft/lb torque, which is more than enough for the roads around here.

It weighs 223kg, but the centre of gravity is quite low, so it doesn't feel as unstable as the CB500X did when maneuvering, even though the Honda is quite a bit lighter. It's only got 5 gears, but their quite tall ratios, so, with the torque it pulls from low down. Nice relaxed riding, mate. 😎

Trouble is its the wrong colour, wrong rubber, wrong brand, wrong country of origin, wrong right indicator, oh jeez, and issues, you have 5 red flags from internet chatter to fix before she blows. You should have asked first. 😆
