Catteeclan
We're got a new river crossing, or soon will have. This is just opposite to were the bike was parked. Been closed now for a good few years and the bridge building has taken it's toll being so close so I'd guess it'll be gone soon. Was a favourite for the dockers and their families years go. Last one looking towards Gorleston side of the harbour.

The local caravan park purchased it to stop it opening again and taking money from their own food and drinks sales. I now believe after lots of years and local intervention it's now been sold on and have plans to reopen. So fingers crossed for this one to. https://www.edp24.co.uk/news/23197881.iron-duke-pub-great-yarmouth-become-zaks-restaurant/

That first picture was a mother and daughter. Those pictures were taken the first morning, I have so many better ones now, I'll post them in their own thread. I have also drunk a lot of hairy beer, that is beer drunk by men with big beards, strange hobbies and odd voices. I have cleared a few rooms over the weekend because of that, it plays havoc with the digestive system. @Marcel was there ?

It's locked, but should look the same as the others I posted before, a diff on the top near the roof onto a shaft running down the middle the building, through two wooden floors, to the milling rock in the bottom. That is, if it's in working condition, several of these have decayed and there's nothing but a round wall with just the milling stone still remaining.

Saul
Out and about with my mate today for a 67 mile bimble. Started at Damerells then went to Nansladen near Newquay onto Wadebridge, Bodmin, Lanivet then back to Luxulyan where my mate lives. At Damerells a chap we both knew from the past rocked up on a 1100 Rebel, after some chat we invited him to join us on the run. When we got back to my mates chap turned up on a Victory Hammer to but some handle bars my mate had on FB marketplace. He had no way to carry them so he zip tied them to his current handlebars. His Mrs had a 500 Rebel that she had customised (Ruined) along a Mad Max theme she told us. 2015 SR500 with 1500 miles on it, I liked that. Me and the 1100 owner we picked up. I did like that Rebel, never thought I would say it about a cruiser but it was a nice bike. I wish my mate would get a phone with a decent camera.

yen_powell
Remember this, it stayed unmolested for a few weeks until the coronation finished. It has now gone and been replaced, see further down:- I did see a few pensioners gathered around the pillar box on my way home from work the other day. This is what is there now.
