Every single one had a percentage of crap reviews saying they are inaccurate and don’t last. Eventually I bought the one that had the least complaints about inaccuracy and breaking cos I saw it in the supermarket for €19 and had just had a hair raising ride on very underinflated tyres. Sir Fallsalot Posted November 2, 2022 Share Posted November 2, 2022 I just done a test for you not the same pump as yours but a battery one off Amazon So this is my lineup of pumps and gauges Pumped my tyre up to 29PSI with the battery pump Then checked the pressure with my compressor gauge Then the 12volt AA pump Then the pencil gauge, well i thought that's shit until i put the battery pump back on and it was reading 27.5psi i'd lost some pressure between changing gauges. I pumped the tyre back up and this time used the pencil gauge first Showing 29.5psi When i put the battery pump back on it was showing 29.6PSI as i'd lost air taking it off you don't lose air putting it on for some reason So if we are saying the pencil gauge is the most likely to be accurate then the battery pump is the next accurate one of my devices around 0.5 psi difference which i am quite surprised at 5 Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
