I find the mudguard pretty good at stopping detritus getting flung up over the back.
Maybe wait n see how you find what you’ve already got?

But don’t wait til your can’t undo mud caked bags before ordering 😂

That makes total sense, embarrassed I didn't work that out for myself   🤣

I know I am gonna have to stay off ebay.    All the daft bolt on things I have been looking at that I don't need or want really.    I am going to fit my top box though but that is sitting in the shed so won't cost anything.

I was browsing AliExpress again today......but I'm not pulling the trigger on anything else till I see what the handguards and air pump are like.

Just be careful if you fit a top box as the standard racks are notoriously weak and will snap if you put too much weight on it. There are a few strengthening kits available but I’d get in touch with CoooerB Motorcycles based near Northampton as they are Enfield specialists and can provide a really good kit.

I had one on my Himalayan and it worked out well.

If you do speak to them ask for Ian and say Skippy says hello………..and start sharing your biscuits 🤣🤣🤣🤣

I am sure the E5 rack is stronger rated to 15kg, but the top box isn't that big.   Just some where to stash my helmet and carry my lunch, shoes and lappy to work.

Don't worry yourself with Pete "the forehead" 's comments!

I'm not, been a slap head for to many years to care anymore.   One of my darling daughters reckons I look like a tortoise who has lost his shell in the pic below  🤣
