But, fair play to her, she must be in her 70's and she completed the ride on a non-ebike!
Tango
2 bike rides and a walk so far this week. One ride was on my non-ebike and the other on the ebike. It was pretty windy today, and the rain blew in pretty fast when we were about as far from the car as we could be! Emergency coffee was in the car, ready for our return!

Yesterday was chilly and windy, didn't get above 14C, but today is brighter and slightly less windy and slightly warmer at 17C, Pete. Forecast for the next 2 weeks seems to be a mixed bag and temperatures hovering around 20C. Still managed to avoid putting the heating on, mate, but had to switch to long trousers and long sleeve shirts!

If I had to choose between being flexible and being fit (I wouldn’t, I want both) I’d have to go for flexibility.

I've always been stupidly flexible......no idea why!
busabeast
Possibly because you've always been on the leaner side? It's bulk that diminished my flexibility when I was 12/13st I was pretty athletic and flexible

Slowlycatchymonkey
@busabeast That’s true. It’s easy to become muscle bound (well easy for someone muscular). Muscly people are rarely flexible. Fat also seems to prevent free movement.
