Try locking and unlocking the car using your key fob before starting it..." I didn't even know it had an immobiliser......but I tried it anyway! And it fucking worked! Used to be a reset which worked a couple of times. Engine off key in the ignition, open one of the windows. Wait 10mins, disconnect the battery for a few mins and reconnect. Don't open any doors or try to start for another few mins. Fingers crossed.
