My day has consisted of trying to get a bloody mondeo to regain after the vaporiser packed up and the own kept going. Sorted in the end, then to get my hand down the downstairs toilet.
Toilet job was more fun.

If it's anything like the Stan Stevens stage 3 tune I had on my RD400 it will have a powerband as wide as a nats cock and a dramatic thirst.  It was fast but close to unrideable on the road.  The folly of youth and the perceived importance  of bragging rights lead me to ruin a perfectly good bike.  Oh well learning is always expensive. 😳

Just been out for a bimble as it is lovely and dry here.  Went up to Trago Mills Liskeard to look for some winter gloves, only discover it was pensioner discount day 😳😳😳.  What a pit of misery that place is.  Plus they only had small and medium bike gloves so the whole thing was a bust.   Ended up riding up through the Glynn Valley then blasted back down the A30 to St Aweful and across country back to Fowey through Trethurgy and St Blazey.  Nice 60 mile trip that and blew the cobwebs away.    I gotta say that for everyday bimbling about the CBF600 is a very competent and fuss free machine.    I really enjoy it.  😎

Me and my brother took Costa out to near where Sofia lives for surgery.

It turned out to be a complete shit show, surgeon wasn't able to do what he promised to do, so the liver was not treated in the slightest. Then he was released too soon, and has had either a bad reaction from the anesthesia or developed an aneurism or has had a little brain damage, we had to go back in and leave him during the night. During the night he was administered more painkillers, against our orders and for no known reason to the surgeon or clinical chief, and spent the day after recovering from that. Now back home and slowly gaining his ability to walk again, but obviously feeling very very poorly.

I basically put the poor creature through 2 days of hell with absolutely nothing gained and a lot lost and I feel complete shit for it.

No, you put him in the hands of "experts", although you can't help feeling responsible.

You've given him a great life and doing the best you can.

Yes, me too. He’s a strong boy but getting old now, and the punishment he took this time wasn’t easy.

We did something very similar with one of our past Jack Russells, we swore never to do it again.   Problem is letting go is hard and when there is hope it's very difficult.   As has been said Pedro I so hope you get the most time possible with Costa.   ❤️

A couple we knew (around 2005) had a couple of Dobermans, one was soft as shit, the other 🤔 was a bit more like the preconceived idea of a Doberman.

One day it jumped over a fence and bit a guy walking by, well more of a nip from the mark on the guys leg, but the police got involved.

The friends said they could not take the dog to be put down, they treated it like a kid, so they asked me to do the dirty deed.

Took her into the vets, and 5 mins later they handed me a muzzle,  collar and lead, never felt such a shit in my life before that event.

We have had a 2 dogs in the distant past, but never had to take one to be put down, the last 2 dogs passed away in their sleep.

Hope your dog @Pedro has some more time with you.
