Isn't it great to live in the middle of nowhere ?

I'm in a town of 7000 people which is fairly remote, and has no passing traffic going through.

It's not exactly the middle of nowhere but it's pretty much off the beaten track.

And yes.....it suits me fine! No hustle and bustle and very laid back!

Different pace of life.

Abit like the difference of pace from the south of uk to the north, not everyone up here wants everything done last week unlike in the south

Usually the habit of a siesta during a work day is meant to keep you from the extremes in heat, and also means people work until later.

The factory I work with has a normal office schedule of 9:00 to 14:00, and 16:00 to 19:00. In the three summer months it’s 8:00 to 15:00.

5000 for me with a couple of highways bypassing the town center, nobody goes over 40 round town and there's always a parking spot right where you want it, life is good.

Then you'd love it here in Black Hawk, Colorado (population 128). Close to nothing but wild animals.

Meanwhile in Wales.

Hundreds of drivers were trapped for up to three hours in a Cardiff multi-storey car park amid Easter bank holiday chaos yesterday.
