Great evening yesterday, went out to dinner with an old friend, and got home at 2 something. Woke up feeling great, and went for a walk with Costa in the woods, then washed my bike and went on a little ride around my hometown to warm it up and get everything dry. Few things beat riding around with an open helmet and a tshirt in perfect 22° weather, stopped at the abandoned part of the runway for a picture.

Then had a great lunch of fresh mackerel cooked by my mum, and the 24h Nurburgring starts in a bit. Looking forward to Kevin Estre starting at the back of the grid and making minced meat out of a field of fast cars.

That’s what we went for, had a good look about it was nice and cool inside, didn’t go inside The bishops palace as it was £16 each to enter and would rather spend that on beer lol

Yes it is, quite a few hoity toity People about though. a pair of stuck up old bats gave the wife a tut when she asked them to move so she could use the loo they were just standing in the doorway talking I had to restrain myself from saying something

The cathedral is a great building with huge amounts of history.  They have a raft race once a year in the moat, it's hilarious as the raft has to be home made so half of them sink

It was good to be out Bob, we gonna start doing a trip/visit at least once a month, just wish tubby could ride pillion, much much cheaper  travelling on the scoot.

Next months trip out is for 5 days in Mablethorpe  

And this is definitely, positively 100% sure the last time we are going there.  

I hear Cleethorpes is nice for a visit.

Rough week for me, heyho, its mostly over now.

Thought best not turn up on whinymotorcycleriders.net without a pic.

Pete and anyone else unable to adapt to modern life or consider things may have altered since the 60’s best look away

Got the 9T out for Mr Slowly realised it wasn’t insured, I won’t say how far we got before I remembered that

 

Got the Livewire out instead. No this is not our yard. 

 

Rode out to Mendip Auction Rooms together and cut Mr Slowly loose because these bikes are chalk n cheese and don’t really fit together, different types of fun.

I deliberately went along Weston seafront to take pics for you minger losers so suck it up!

Somewhere on the Mendips on my way back from Shepton Mallet. 

Time to find another patsy!

There’s a couple that organise it all but in the background it’s the hells angels. a lot of MC clubs here but no problems it’s all friendly and relaxed.
