Tide Bell

This has turned up at Parbados this year.  It’s a time and tide bell.    One of 13 that will stand on beaches around the British coastline.   It is rung by the incoming and out going tide, it is supposed to warn of global sea level rise.  
Of course the Dear Boy couldn’t give a flying feck about it
