boboneleg
So today was the day to get the little Yamaha out on the lanes so I planned a route for me and my mate Gaz (who lives in Redditch) to meet near Cirencester and do a loop of about 80 miles . The then anti was upped as Big Tone decided to join us on his brand new Gas Gas 700ES. I set off about 08.30 and made my way up to Badminton via the A46 and then some back roads.............. We were meeting at the AV8 cafe at Kemble airfield, it was definitely open this time as @Sir Fallsalot wasn't coming ............ and after a coffee and a sausage baguette we were off. We rode down the Fosseway and Gaz braved the ford while we watched .......... and on we went down as far south as Castle Coombe race circuit where we than turned east but with a stop for coffee from our flasks ........... Once we got to Startley we stopped pay our respects at the RAF memorial .............. Onwards through more lanes coverd in shit and puddles until we got to Fairford. We stopped in athe fuel station there for a lunch a la @Earache (where the hell is he ?) ............ After lunch we went North but Gaz got a puncture on the first lane of the afternoon................... Once it was sorted we carried on but spent most of the afternoon dodging showers . There were still some nice lanes though despite the soggy conditions.............. Once we got to the A429 Gaz headed off north to get back home while me and Tone dodged showers going south. The little Yamaha peformed faultlessly, I'm very happy with it. I just need to see if there is any adjustment on the rear shock but everything else was fine

Lots more people are choosing to do their own servicing and repairs I think
