Why do they keep going on about it having Pirelli tires?

To be completely objective they look pretty good in the flesh.   I know that doesn't make them reliable or worth anything second hand but I think their day will come, and no I won't buy one.   I remember Nathan the Postman is selling his X-Cape and struggling to do so or was in the last video I watched.  He also said the X-Cape felt low on power.

Did that one have Pirelli tires? That might be the answer.
