Klim fitment

Anyone here wears Klim jackets?

I’m tempted to get a Marrakesh one, for spring / summer touring, but local shops are some twats in Lisbon and that’s similar to going to London in a language you can understand. Tempted to order in and return if it doesn’t fit, done it before with FCMoto and it worked great. Anyone knows how fitment compares to Dainese? Regarding length of arms, etc?

I used to be a 98 in Dainese, which I think is a 48 or 50 Long, but I’m not as thin anymore.

thats the trouble with buying clothing on line , if it dont fit you got the hassle of sending it back.

I bought a heavily discounted rukka jacket, along with a couple of others things, last time I ordered from fc moto. Tried the rukka and it didn’t fit, sent it back for 15€. It was something like 300€ discount, so worth it in my mind.

Also the only time I ordered a helmet online, tried it on and went for a ride, it was blustery as all hell with the beak, so they just said to send it back even though I had clearly worn it and taken off the visor sticker. Again, couldn’t be happier.

That doesn’t mean I’m happy to order 4 jackets in different sizes to send back though :classic_laugh:

Dressing for the rain and cold is easier than the heat.

I’ve had three Klim jackets @Pedro

Ive still got my Overland and I have a Carlsbad as well now as well as overland and Dakar trousers.

In my experience the fit is on the big size especially compared to Dainese.

Our sizes are done in S M L XL etc but I can measure my jacket if you like 👍

If they're sizing them like that, I'll search their website for a conversion table and then risk it. You'd say they're less slim than Dainese then?

Yes, they are more of an 'American' fit than an 'Italian'  .  If you do decide on Klim and you're going to use it in winter months you will need a down jacket or something underneath.  I use my Rukka in winter as it is warmer.

I've got a better jacket for winter. This would be for 20 to 25º and over, including proper heat.
