He was riding over the speed limit on the road and wants to blame the woman in the car for almost causing an accident. She is also at fault, but thinking that it was only her fault is too stupid for me. And even worse, he chased her riding like a maniac just to catch and lecture her! Exactly what I thought! He was riding like a dick on public roads, then runs after her like he's on his personal racetrack to lecture the woman on her driving mistake.
