New touring screen Honda CBF600

I bought a new touring screen for my CBF but didn’t like the look of it as it came.    I had the choice of clear or smoked but the standard screen wasn’t either.   So the new screen didn’t look right to my eye.

Anyway after a couple of weeks I got fed up with it and put the standard screen back on.
Now it’s getting colder I thought I ought to go back to the bigger screen.    But I had to improve the looks.
I took the pattern from the standard screen and masked the new one up to resemble it     Then took some statin black paint and sprayed it to match

I’m pretty pleased that the results look okay.  Not perfect but definitely good enough.

I will tidy up a couple of spots with thinners when the body of paint has cured a bit more.

Does that mean you'll be making good on colour to the front of yours?

I'm getting a full respray at some point.
