Saul
Met up with my Fowey mates for a trip up to Kitt Hill. We worked it out that our combined age was approaching 400. Me being the youngest at 59. 2 x Triumph Tigers 1 x Triumph Bonniville 1 x Moto Guzzi V85TT 1 x Moto Guzzi V7 1 x Norton Commando 1 x Honda Hornet. The cue for Breakfast Now I like these old Jellymould CBRF Hondas. That is a really nice 18k miles example. Yamaha Y-B1 on L plates A Greaves in the hedge, its natural habitat. I likey Insert collective noun for old fuckers Old and slow L plate special from the 60/70s Dirty Harley, rumour has it that it was actually ridden in the wet Weirdness Lovely old K bike from 1984 and only 32k on the clock. Just like my old one, I had forgotten how big the bleddy thing was. Dwarfed my Hornet parked next to it. After we had breakfast and a look at the many and lovely bikes at Kitt Hill we headed across country through Callington and Launceston to the north coast. We went to try out a new cafe at Otterham Station on the A39. Very good it was to. Them we Headed down to Camelford inland to Bodmin then back to the South Coast and home to Fowey. Covered 85 miles and a great day out. Sunny but cold. The Hornet TBH was a joy to ride. I need to ride it more.
