Yesterday I couldn't find a spanner i use in work, it is one of my favorites and not cheep.  Last time i remember seeing it was on a job i had finished on Thursday on Barry Island. So i took the dog out to go see if it was still there this morning and a good job i did because not only was it there but the 10 flange bolts i was using it to fit were also along side it  I bolted everything up and was on my way, ended up riding to Tintern and doing some dirt roads on the east side of the wye valley up to Monmouth and back to Abergavenny.  I think i felt better riding the dog this time out and ended up doing about 150 miles, the bike was almost as filthy as  Bonnie Blue when i got home

30 years ago i went through one of these on my old CB750 they have blocked the entrance now so couldn't get in with the bike. may go and walk it tomorrow.
